come up with a step routine. Or, you
can use the step of a flight of
stairs. You can play your favorite
music and step to the beat, or you can watch a TV
show. This exercise can be adapted at
all levels.
The more
advanced you become, the more you will be able to
incorporate different parts of your
body. For example, you can incorporate
arm movements while you step.
Another
aerobic workout is jump-roping. You
can pick up an affordable jump-rope at any sporting goods
store. This is an exercise that you
can get some fresh air with. Bring
your jump-rope outside and enjoy the fresh air as you
jump up and down. You can start off
with just five or ten minutes of jump-roping and keep
building your time. When the weather
isn’t conducive to being outside, you can use your garage
or an open space in your home. Play
your favorite music and jump to the
beat.
A great
way to get an aerobic workout is to take out your dancing
shoes and dance like no one is
watching. Put on your favorite music
and just let loose. Have fun and dance
around. Dance for 20-30 minutes to get
a good cardio workout for yourself.
